A company can set the frame for its ETO as it wishes. This might depend very much on the type of investor the company wants to address. We estimate that a typical ETO process takes around three to four months, from setting up until the end of the public offering. The actual fundraising duration varies, however, we do recommend a one week private (pre-ETO) and a month long public placement (ETO).
